Fresh peptides arrive from our manufacturing partner and are immediately transferred to our RIVACOLD walk-in freezer unit, maintaining consistent deep-freeze temperatures for long-term stability.
Controlled Thawing Protocol
When orders are placed, peptides are carefully moved from deep freeze to our controlled-temperature fridges using a gradual thawing protocol. This prevents thermal shock that could compromise peptide structure.
Pre-Dispatch Holding
Products are held at optimal temperatures in our professional glass-door fridges until dispatch, ensuring they remain under controlled conditions right up to the point of packing and shipment. For additional transit protection, insulated shipping cases are available as an optional extra at checkout.
